A mother of two has had to bathe in cold water without heating after saying her housing provider left her with a broken boiler for six weeks.
Twenty-three-year-old Natalie Hedges, of Vernon Close, Stanwell, called A2 Dominion in the middle of February because her boiler didn't produce hot water.
